Handa (半田市; -shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 112,958 and the density of 2,392.16 persons per km². The total area is 47.22 km².

The city was founded on October 1, 1937.

The famous author Niimi Nankichi was born in Handa in 1913.
