Harrow Weald is a London suburban area lying between Harrow and Stanmore with a modern leisure centre. The nearest train station is Harrow & Wealdstone station which was the scene of a terrible train crash in 1952 when 112 people died.

There is a strong Roman Catholic community based around the local parish church of St Josephs. There are two Catholic schools in the area: Salvatorian College for boys and the Sacred Heart Convent for girls.
