Heather Locklear - Definition and Overview

Heather Deen Locklear (born September 25 1961 in Westwood, California) is an American actress. She appeared in TV series like Dynasty and T.J. Hooker. She is best known for playing Amanda Woodward in Melrose Place from 1993 to 1999, and Caitlin Moore on Spin City from 1999 to 2002. She also played Harley Random on LAX in 2004.

Locklear was married to rock star Tommy Lee. After their breakup, she married Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.

Her father, a Lumbee, was the dean of the School of Engineering at UCLA.

Through her mother, she is a cousin to Marla Maples, the ex-wife of Donald Trump.
