Hongkong Post - Definition and Overview

Hongkong Post (香港郵政) (formerly Royal Hongkong Post) is a department under the Hong Kong government, but it is operated as a trading fund.

Its head is Postmaster General. It makes its income by postal delivery, and selling of special stamps. It also offer a Speedpost service.
