Hugh Mackintosh Foot, Baron Caradon (October 8, 1907 - September 5, 1990), life peer created on 27 October 1964.

Son of solicitor and Liberal Party MP Isaac Foot, brother of the late Sir Dingle Foot and of Labour Party MP and former party leader the Rt Hon. Michael Foot.

Hugh Foot was father of journalist, Paul Foot.

He was created Lord Caradon after he retired as last British colonial governor of Cyprus.
