ITES means IT-enabled services. It is that sector of Information Technology (IT) Industry which aims at providing various services, through the use of IT. ITES sector includes services ranging from call centers, claims processing, medical transcription, e-CRM, SCM to back-office operations such as accounting, data processing, and data mining.
