Idaho County is a county located in the state of Idaho. As of 2000, the population is 15,511. The county's county seat is Grangeville, Idaho6.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 22,021 km² (8,502 mi²). 21,976 km² (8,485 mi²) of it is land and 46 km² (18 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.21% water.
