Igigi - Definition and Overview

Igigi was a Babylonian King who ruled from 2257 to (unknown) BCE. He fought for the power in Akkad after the death of Shar-kali-sharri.

Igigi was also a term used to refer to the major gods (as opposed to the minor gods, or Anunnaki).
