 Ikuko Tsukino - Definition 

Ikuko Tsukino is a fictional character from the Japanese anime metaseries Sailor Moon. She is the Earth mother of protagonist Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon). Her husband is Kenji Tsukino and her son is Shingo Tsukino. She also cares for Chibi-Usa, whom she believes to be her neice, but who in truth is her granddaughter.

Ikuko is named after the mother of Sailor Moon creator Naoko Takeuchi. She is often seen cooking, and chiding Usagi for her grades in school.
