Imperial Sugar is a major U.S. sugar producer and marketer with refining operations in California, Georgia and Louisiana. They are headquatered in Sugar Land, Texas, to the southwest of Houston, which is named for the company. The company is the oldest continuously running business in Texas with roots going back to 1843.
