In Search of the Castaways, also known in other languages as The Children Of Captain Grant (Les enfants du Capitaine Grant was the original French title), is a novel by Jules Verne. It is a story about children of a disappeared and presumably shipwrecked Captain Grant who set off to find him based on mostly washed out request for help found in a bottle presumably cast into the ocean by the captain himself after the shipwreck.
The novel is followed by a sequel, L'Île mystérieuse (Mysterious Island, 1874).
