 In Times of War/ W.Timmer In Times of War is a one man noise music project with the theme of war. It was formed in 1996 by W. Timmer. In Times of War is a Dutch project. It started in a small room with only a very simple PC.
In Times of War founded a new noise subgenre called psycho electronics. Material released by In Times of War is very hard to find. Timmer has two other noise projects, called Necrophile and Serial Raper.
