Interstate 275 is the designation of four separate tertiary Interstate highways in the United States associated with Interstate 75.
Florida
The 63.387 mile (102.01 km) I-275 in Florida serves the Tampa Bay metropolitan area. While the parent route, I-75, bypasses the metropolitan area to the east, I-275 runs through downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. This is backwards, according to AASHTO rules, where bypasses should get the prefixes, and through-routes should keep the main number.
Its northern terminus is I-75 near Lutz. It runs south through the northern suburbs into downtown Tampa, then west across the Howard Frankland Bridge through St. Petersburg, then south across the modern Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Both bridges cross Tampa Bay, and the Sunshine Skyway charges a toll. The southern terminus is I-75 near Palmetto.

History
Created in 1973 from the portion of I-75 from I-4 south to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. I-4 followed this route prior to 1971. Its northern terminus was relocated in 1981 to its present day location.
From satellite photos it appears that the I-275 and I-375 interchange and Exit 20 were configured for a westward expansion to a planned Pinellas Beltway. This extension possibly would have extended as far west to the junction of Seminole Boulevard and Bay Pines Boulevard.
Tennessee
The 2.98 mile I-275 in Tennessee serves Knoxville by connecting the downtown with I-75 and I-640. The northern terminus is the junction with I-75 and I-640. The southern terminus is I-40.
I-75 originally followed the current route of I-275; however, when I-75 was re-routed onto I-640 to divert traffic from the downtown area, the remnant was designated as I-275.
Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky
The 83.71 I-275 loop in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky forms a complete beltway around the Cincinnati, Ohio area. It is the only tertiary interstate that enters three states, including one state, Indiana, that the parent route does not enter.

The zero milepost is at a junction with I-75 and I-71 in Florence, Kentucky. Going counterclockwise, I-275 has junctions with the following major highways:
- Western junction with U.S. Highway 50 near Elizabethtown, Ohio (I-275 actually crosses US-50 and access is provided at exit 21, a few miles north of US-50)
- Interstate 74 and western junction with U.S. Highway 52 at exit 25 near Miamitown, Ohio; I-275 runs concurrently with I-74 for 3.45 miles before separating at exit 28
- Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway, exit 31 near Groesbeck, Ohio
- Northern junction U.S. Highway 27, exit 33 at Bevis, Ohio
- U.S. Highway 127, exit 36 near Forest Park, Ohio

Michigan
I-275 in Michigan is a western bypass of the Detroit metropolitan area. According to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the length is 29.97 miles while the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) reports the length as 35.01 miles. This discrepency is due to a disagreement over the northern terminus.
According to the FWHA, I-275 ends a the junction with I-96, M-14 along the boundary between Livonia and Plymouth Township. The MDOT considers I-275 to extend north to the junction with I-96, I-696, and M-5 along the boundary between Farmington Hills, Michigan and Novi, Michigan. Road signs and most maps support MDOT's view.
The southern terminus is the junction with I-75 northeast of Monroe.
