Interstate 29 is an interstate highway in the Midwestern United States. It runs from Kansas City, Missouri at a junction with Interstate 35 and Interstate 70 to the Canadian border near Pembina, North Dakota, where it connects with Manitoba Provincial Highway 75.
Near its southern terminus, I-29 is multiplexed with I-35 and U.S. Highway 71.
At its northern terminus, I-29 is multiplexed with U.S. Highway 81.
I-29 and its successor in Manitoba, MB Provincial Route 75 provide a direct route into Winnipeg.
