Interstate 481 is a spur of Interstate 81 to the east of
Syracuse, New York. It connects with I-81 in the city's southern end and again in the suburb of North Syracuse. It travels through the Syracuse suburbs of Jamesville and DeWitt along the way. After crossing I-81 in North Syracuse, I-481 continues as NY 481 to Fulton and Oswego.
