Irad (עִירָד "Wild ass; dragon", Standard Hebrew ʿIrad, Tiberian Hebrew ʿÎrāḏ), in the Bible, was one of the antediluvian patriarchs, son of Enoch, grandson of Cain and the father of Mehujael.
