The Iron Crown is a fictional object from J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium.
It was forged by Morgoth after his return to Middle-earth at the beginning of the First Age to hold the three Silmarils. After his defeat in the War of Wrath the crown was made into a collar for his neck.
