The Isle of Wight Festival is a music festival which takes place on the Isle of Wight off the south coast of England. It was originally held from 1968 to 1970 in varying places across the Island, and was revived in 2002 spawning three more festivals at Seaclose Park, on the outskirts of Newport with a seventh festival to come in 2005
