Jackie Jackson (born Sigmund Esco Jackson on May 4 1951 in Gary, Indiana) is co-lead singer and the eldest member of The Jackson Five. Jackson left a promising career in baseball to pursue his passion for music with his brothers. He has recorded three solo records but has never since achieved the success he enjoyed as a member of The Jackson Five.
Jackson had a romantic relationship with choreographer and singer Paula Abdul while he was married to Enid Jackson.
