Jared Leto (born December 26, 1971 in Bossier City, Louisiana) is an American actor. His first major acting performance was in the television series My So-Called Life. From there, he continued with movies such as How to Make an American Quilt, The Thin Red Line, Fight Club, Girl, Interrupted, American Psycho, Alexander, and Requiem for a Dream.
He was twice chosen by People magazine as one of their 50 Most Beautiful People (1996 and 1997).
Jared is currently the singer in the American rock band 30 Seconds to Mars.
