Jennifer Louise Tonge (born 19 February 1941) is a politician in the United Kingdom. She is Liberal Democrat member of Parliament for Richmond Park in London, and was first elected in 1997. Re-elected in 2001, she decided not to stand again in the next election; and her replacement as Lib Dem candidate will be Susan Kramer.
She was sacked as a liberal democrat front bench spokeswoman after saying that she could understand how a Palestinian could become a suicide bomber. She lost a daughter in an electrical accident.
