Jeremy Wariner (born January 31, 1984 in Irving, Texas) is an American track athlete. Height: 1.83m

He won the gold medal in 400 metres the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, heading an American clean sweep.

He is the first white man to win gold at 400 m since Viktor Markin in 1980, and the first white American man to win a medal of any kind in the sprints (400 m and under) since Michael Larrabee won the 400 in 1964.

Wariner currently attends Baylor University and is coached by Clyde Hart who also coached Baylor alum and two-time gold medal winner Michael Johnson.
