Jeri Ellsworth of Yamhill, Oregon, U.S. is a self-taught computer chip designer. She is best known for creating a Commodore 64 emulator built within a joystick called C64 Direct-to-TV. Before creating C64 Direct-to-TV, she designed C-One, as an enhanced Commodore 64 in 2002.
