Jim Colclough (1936 - 2004), an American college and professional football player, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2004. Colclough played for Boston College and was an original Boston Patriot in the American Football League. Colclough's 10 receptions for touchdowns, and 21.7 yards per reception in 1962 earned him a spot on that year's American Football League All-Star Team.
With NHL star Derek Sanderson, Colclough in the 1960's teamed with more famous "bachelor" Joe Namath as a proprietor of the "Bachelors Three" restaurant which led to Namath's short-lived retirement from pro football.
