John Andrew Barrett (born February 11, 1954) is a Scottish politician and member of Parliament for Edinburgh West. He is a member of the Liberal Democrats. He was election agent for Donald Gorrie, and inherited his seat when Gorrie left to pursue election to the Scottish Parliament.
