John McKay - Definition and Overview

Hon. John McKay PC, LLB, BA Liberal MP for Scarborough-Guildwood, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance and former Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance with special emphasis on Public Private Partnerships. Born in Toronto in 1948, he was first elected in 1997.
