Joseph Winston (1746–1815) was an American pioneer and farmer from North Carolina.
During the American Revolutionary War he was a Major, fighting with the state militia. Winston later represented North Carolina as a U.S. Congressman. He died on April 21, 1875 and is buried in the National Park at the site of the Battle of Guilford Court House.
