Jushin "Thunder" Liger debuted in 1989 in New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW). His trademark finisher is called the "Liger bomb." His real name is Keichi Yamada. Early in his career, "Thunder" had a tumor brain tumour that was cancerous. Weeks later, he returned to action. When wrestling, he always wears a mask. He wrestled in the WWE (when it was called the WWF) and captured the WWF Juniorweight Championship.
