In the show Get Smart, KAOS was the International Organization of Evil; formed in 1902 in Bolcavest. Its design was to implement unrest and revolution throughout the world.
KAOS was mostly made up of former former quiz masters, disc jockeys, used car salesman, tv repairmen, and politicans.
