Kei Ling Ha Lo Wai (企嶺下老圍) is a village in Sai Kung district, in the New Territories of Hong Kong.
Kei Ling Ha Lo Wai is located at the coastal area near to Sai Sha Road. The region is actually the junction of Ma On Shan Country Park and Sai Kung West Country Park.
It is a very good place for countryside visit as well as bird watching.
It is the site of a rocky shore.
