The KiXtart free-format scripting language has rich built-in functionality for easy scripting. It supports COM (providing access to ADSI, ADO, WMI, etc) and thus is extensible. With KiXforms, you can accomplish a nice GUI for KiXtart.

KiXtart is developed by Ruud van Velsen of Microsoft Netherlands and is now provided as CareWare.
