Kimberlin Brown - Definition and Overview

Kimberlin Brown (born June 29, 1961) is an American actress. She was born in Hayward, California.

Although she has made appearances on soap operas such as Another World and Port Charles, she is most famous for her role as the vengeful Sheila Carter on The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. She started on Y&R in 1990 and moved to B&B in 1992.

While she is no longer on-contract with the show, she continues to make special guest appearances. In 2002, her character killed off Hunter Tylo's character, Dr. Taylor Hamilton Forrester. There was some irony involved, since Brown and Tylo had once been close friends then had a severe falling out after Brown and her husband sided with Tylo's husband Michael when the two Tylos were considering divorce. In 2003, Sheila attempted to kill off Ridge Forrester (played by Ronn Moss) with the help of escaped convict Sugar (played by veteran soap actress Robin Mattson).

In late 2004 Brown debuted in a recurring role of a doctor named Paige on One Life to Live.

Brown is married to Gary Pelzer.
