In the fictional Star Trek universe, Klaestronians are an intelligent humanoid race from the planet Klaestron IV. The Klaestronians are first encountered in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Episode "Dax".
Klaestronians are distinguishable in appearance by an ear ridge that comes forward to the eye, raising the hairline over the ear. In Klaestronian society, males and females are considered equals.
