• Klamath County, California (a county which no longer exists)
• Klamath Falls, Oregon
• The Klamath Mountains
• The Klamath River

Klamath Falls is the county seat of Klamath County, which covers the central southernmost part of Oregon.

Klamath was the pre-release "code name" for Intel's Pentium II microprocessor.
