Komaki - Definition and Overview

Komaki (小牧市; -shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan. It is commonly associated with Nagoya Airport, which is partly located in the city. The other part is in the city of Kasugai.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 145,953 and the density of 2,323.35 persons per km². The total area is 62.82 km².

The city was founded on January 1, 1955.
