Kuzzy Buskirk is a student and classmate of Kira's at the technical college at Heliopolis. Though a wimp, he's usually panicing when things are intense in battle. Following the collapse of Heliopolis, he becomes part of the Archangel crew, in charged of fire control of the CIC along with fellow officer Romero Pal.

Showing little to be a soldier and merely useless, he decides to leave Archangel, after the ship's crew decide to defect to Orb and fight in battle along side its military.
