Lady Sybil Deidre Olgivanna Vimes (née Ramkin), Duchess of Ankh, is a character in Terry Pratchetts Discworld novels.
We first meet Lady Sybil Ramkin in Guards! Guards!. A rather Wagnerian, aristocratic lady, almost as frightening as the swamp dragons that she breeds. She lives in Scoone Avenue and is described as tall, not too slim, of unknown hair colour (all burnt off - so wears wigs) - an amateur soprano.
Captain Samuel Vimes of the City Watch marries her in Men at Arms and reluctantly has to lead a slightly more domesticated life, also getting promoted to Commander and knighted against his will - eventually made Duke of Ankh.
