Lai Chi Kok Station - Definition and Overview

Lai Chi Kok station is on the Tsuen Wan Line of Hong Kong MTR system, between stations Cheung Sha Wan and Mei Foo. It was opened in 1982.

The station is in orange-red livery, and is a simple through station with an island platform. Recently platform screen doors are installed along both platforms in the station.

Funny enough, the area around this station is still part of Cheung Sha Wan, and the actual Lai Chi Kok area is where Mei Foo station serves.
