Lake Sherwood is a gated community located in the city of Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, USA. Available recreational activites include fishing, golf, and tennis. The lake itelf, originally called Lake Portero, is the oldest man made lake, having been established in 1904. The land was purchased by David Murdoch in 1984 and was developed into the gradiose estate it is today.
