Las Condes is a municipality ("comuna") in northeastern Santiago, Chile, at the foot of the Andes mountains. The area is inhabited primarily by upper-mid to high income families.
Other high income municipalities in Santiago include: Vitacura, La Reina, Lo Barnechea, and Providencia.
