Leopard Kung Fu - Definition and Overview

Leopard Kung Fu, one of the five animals in Shaolin Quan's "Five Form Fist", was suppopsedly created by Kwok Yuen with help from Pak Yook Fong and an old man named Li.

Leopards goals are to:

• develop muscle speed for external strength.
• teach patience.
• use the leopard punch for penetration and lower body springing power.
