Licking is the action of an animal, including humans, using its tongue on its own or others' body or an object. For example, licking ice cream cones.
Licking is often used in a sexual context as well. A common instance of this would be,
"I licked her tits."
or
"Lick my dick!"
In this sense, the word is often used as a vulgarity, and is sometimes censored on television and on online message boards. Licking the human body for sexual pleasure often is associated with the vagina, the term being cunningness (sp?) meaning "he would licks the vulva". Sexual licking is sometimes used with food.
