The Kirkcaldy Links Market is Europe's longest street fair.
Established in 1304, the annual 5-day event attracts hundreds of thousands of people to Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland. The Links Market is held along the town's seafront - still one of the longest developed seafronts in Europe.
2004 is the 700th anniversary of the event, and a number of spectacles are being organised to celebrate.
