- Al-Hakim Mosque, one of the largest Fatimid mosques in Cairo, Egypt
- Ar-Rifaye Mosque, in Cairo, Egypt
- Babri Mosque in Ayodhya, India, now destroyed, and a site of recent violence between Muslims and Hindus
- Badshahi Mosque in Lahore, Pakistan
