Lookout Mountain is the mountain located at the northwest corner of Georgia, the northeast corner of Alabama, and along the southern border of Tennessee near Chattanooga. From its summit, it is said that seven U.S. states can be seen. It measures roughly 2126 ft high. Portions of the mountain extend into Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. The caves of the Rock City tourist attraction are nearby, as is Georgia's Cloudland Canyon and Cloudland Canyon State Park.

Lookout Mountain was the scene of a battle of the American Civil War.
