Loulie Jean Norman, soprano, was married to famed arranger Gordon Jenkins. Jenkins and Norman collaborated on a number of albums. She provided the singing voice for the character of Clara in the film version of Porgy and Bess as portrayed by Diahann Carroll. She is also the singer of the classic Star Trek theme.
