A screen magnifier is software that enlarges screen content. It can be useful for studying details of a font, a map, etc., and also as assistive technology that enables partially blind users to enlarge images displayed on a computer screen and to interact with the magnified portion of the screen, for example via menus and toolbars.
Without special software one can make a screenshot and enlarge that image with a general graphics program.
