Malcolm Douglas Moss (born 6 March 1943) is a politician in the United Kingdom, and Conservative Party member of Parliament for Cambridgeshire North East. He was first elected in 1987, beating the incumbent Liberal, Clement Freud. He was a junior minister under John Major.
