Marc-Boris St-Maurice is the leader of the Marijuana Party of Canada. He has contested in two general elections, and two by-elections:
- September 11, 2000: In the riding of Okanagen--Coquihalla, St-Maurice finished 6th place out of 8 with 438 votes, and he ran as an indpenedent. Stockwell Day of the Canadian Alliance was elected.
- Canadian federal election, 2000: In the riding of Laurier--Sainte-Marie, St-Maurice finished in 4th place with 2,156 votes behind Gilles Duceppe of the Bloc Québécois, Jean Philippe Côté of the Liberal Party of Canada, and Dylan Perceval-Maxwell of the Green Party of Canada.
- May 13, 2002: In the riding of Saint-Léonard--Saint-Michel, St-Maurice finished in last place with 197 votes. Massimo Pacetti of the Liberals would win.
- Canadian federal election, 2004: St-Maurice is running in the riding of LaSalle—Émard against incumbent and current Prime Minister of Canada, Paul Martin.
St-Maurice was also a member of the rock band Grim Skunk from 1988 to 1999. He's also the founder of the Bloc pot, which he led from 1998 to 2000.
