Marine Parade - Definition and Overview

Marine Parade is a neighbourhood in Singapore to the east of the main city. Marine Parade is built on reclaimed land. Major roads include the East Coast Parkway, Marine Parade Road, and Still Road.

Marine Parade is also a component in the much larger Marine Parade Group Representation Constituency, which elects 6 members to the Singapore Parliament. Goh Chok Tong, Senior Minister and former Prime Minister of Singapore, is a Member of Parliament for Marine Parade.

Schools in Marine Parade include Victoria Junior College, Victoria School, St. Patrick's Secondary School, CHIJ Katong Convent, Tao Nan School, and Ngee Ann Primary School.
